Headed by Professor Angela Ittel, Vice President of Berlin University of Technology, and Professor Holger Kohl, Dean of the Global Institute of Production Engineering, a delegation from Berlin University of Technology visited ECUST on July 9th, 2019.  ECUST Vice President Li Tao met with the German guests. They signed the Sino-foreign Cooperation Agreement on Development and Cooperation of the Master Degree Project of in Global Production Engineering.
    An old friend of ECUST, Berlin University of Technology has a long history of cooperation with ECUST, dating back to the 1930s. In the past 12 years, the two universities have built a high-level talent training network from joint training of outstanding undergraduates to joint training of dual-degree masters and dual-degree doctorates. The 3+1 Undergraduate Exchange Program and Joint Training Program of Doctoral Students have also received long-term funding from the State Overseas Studies Fund Committee. After the talks, the German guests also visited the School of Business and the School of Information Science and Engineering. Mr. Yan Haifeng, Dean of the School of Business, Mr. Cao Xiaoming, Dean of the Sino-German Institute of Technology, Mr. Peng Delei, and Mr. Tang Jimin, Deputy Directors of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office attended the talks and visits.
