Mr. James Demmel, Academician of the American Academy of Sciences, Academy of Engineering, Academy of Arts and Sciences, and head of the Department of Electronic Engineering and Computer at the University of California at Berkeley, USA., paid a visit to the School of Information Sciences, ECUST, and gave an academic report entitled “Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning and Big data” on October 23rd, 2019. The lecture was presided over by Professor Du Wenli, Dean of the School of Information Science and attended by teachers and students from the School of Information Science.
