Professor Yixian QIN, Vice President of Foreign Affairs of State University of New York at Stony Brook, Professor Fotis Sotiropoulos, Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and Ms. Yoonmi Noh, Deputy Director of the Office of Global Planning, paid visits to ECUST on November 12, 2020. Mr. Li Tao, Vice President of ECUST met with the visiting delegation at Yifu Building and signed an exchange agreement between the two universities.

    During the meeting, Mr. Li Tao introduced the achievements in international exchanges in recent years, and expressed that East China University of Science and Technology and the State University of New York at Stony Brook have a lot in common in subject setting, which has laid a good foundation for the two universities to carry out comprehensive exchanges and cooperation in the future. After giving his gratitude to Vice President Li Tao for his warm reception, Vice President Yixian QIN made a comprehensive introduction to the internationalization development process of he State University of New York at Stony Brook in recent years as well as the discipline construction and scientific research of the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
