Nature-Communications Publishes ECUST New Hypothesis of Plant Genetic Diversity Control

Recently, together with researchers from Italy, Denmark, the United States and Germany, the research group of researcher Wan Nianfeng of the School of Pharmacy put forward the hypothesis of downward pest control by using plant genetic diversity, which was published in Nature Communications, a sub-journal of the international comprehensive famous journal. The article  was entitled “Plant genetic diversityaffects multiple trophic levels and trophic interactions”.

The article is first and corresponding authored by researcher Wan Nianfeng and co-first-authored by Dr. Fu Liwan of Capital Medical University   Professor Hu Yueqing from Fudan University. Dr Matteo Dainese from Verona University in Italy, Dr Lars Pødenphant Kiær from Genhagen University in Denmark, Dr Forest Isbell from Minnesota University in the United States, and Professor Christoph Scherber from the Koenig Museum in Germany participated in the work of this article as co-authors. This paper is financially supported by the National High-level Young Talents Program, Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan and National Natural Science Foundation.
